Interested in becoming a driving instructor?

If you are a team player and are considering becoming a Driving Instructor we would be interested in speaking to you.

Is a career as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) the right fit for you?

  • To become an ADI, you don’t have to leave your current job immediately – you can manage both careers until you feel completely ready to work as a full time driving instructor.

  • You can choose your working hours.

  • You can choose your working area.

  • You will work with people on a daily basis.

  • Our team is a blend of talents from different backgrounds, the majority previously unrelated to the driving industry. If you have a positive attitude, determination, enjoy working with people and believe in road safety you have the attributes required to have a successful career in the industry.

Why should you join the Roadwise team?

  • Members of our team have been training ADIs for more than 22 years and will pass on all their knowledge during your journey to becoming an ADI.

  • We apply a Pay As You Go approach to offer financial flexibility. We won’t demand a lump sum up front payment for your training.

  • You will receive full support during each stage of the training process and a 24/7 helpline will be available.

  • We educate and coach people for a life-time skill of safe driving, not just to pass a test.

  • We strongly believe in road safety and this is a consistent message which we pass on to all our clients. Additionally we work with charities and communities to spread this message to the wider society.

  • Roadwise offers further learning and development opportunities for those who want to go beyond providing learner driving tuition.

  • Above all, honesty is the core principle of how we work.
